Ownership of the software

RAFAELA - the generator, its prompts, workflows, template engine, themes and tooling - is proprietary software. All rights are reserved by its owner. Using the service does not give you any right to the software, its source code, its prompts or its internal data, and you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or extract them.

Your generated output

The landing pages, HTML, text and images that the service generates for you are yours to use, change and publish for your own or your clients' websites. You may download them and inspect or edit them freely. Output is generated automatically: you are responsible for checking it before you publish it.

What is not included

The right to use your output does not include the right to resell or redistribute RAFAELA's templates as templates, to offer a competing generator built from them, or to publish the original unfilled template files.

No guarantee

Technical measures reduce misuse but cannot prevent every form of copying. The terms above apply regardless.
